Rockville Smiles invites the Roseville community to participate in its annual Halloween Candy Buy-Back event. From November 1–3, children can bring in their excess candy and receive $1 per pound. The collected candy will be donated to troops overseas through Move America Forward, with additional donations supporting Make-A-Wish.
