Dr. Kan Tsunoda
Dr. Kan Tsunoda grew up in Japan and Canada. He eventually moved to California where most of his immediate family and extended family live. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in Neuroscience. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic graduating Summa Cum Laude, Salutatorian, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He went on to dental school at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Illinois, where he graduated with honors and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Dr. Tsunoda went on to complete his orthodontics residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), receiving a Master of Science in Oral Biology and Certificate in Orthodontics. During his time in professional school, Dr. Tsunoda also had the privilege of publishing scientific research in dental journals.
Outside the office, Dr. Tsunoda and his wife have four children. The eldest is attending University. The rest of the children attend High School, Middle School, and Elementary school. Dr. Tsunoda enjoys outdoor activities, including camping, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, mountain biking and visiting the beaches. He absolutely loves spending time with family.
